Ms. Augustine is currentlythe Manager of Reverse Logistics for U.S. Cellular®. Before moving to the Reverse Logistics Team,Amy was a manager on the Supply Chain Effectiveness Team in the Device SupplyChain Group for U.S. Cellular®. She has been with U.S. Cellular® for 5 years.Prior to her work at U.S. Cellular®, Ms. Augustine spent almost 10 years in theconsulting world working for KPMG, BearingPoint and The Revere Group. Her focushas been on process improvement, project management, software implementationsand business analysis. Most recently, she is responsible for leading anddeveloping the team of associates that manage Reverse Logistics and theTest/Repair of devices for U.S. Cellular®. Ms. Augustine has also led a team of supply chain resources in launchinga national retailer for U.S. Cellular. Ms. Augustine has done supply chain workfor both the public and private sectors. She started her career with Intergraphworking to implement drawing control systems for P&G. Ms. Augustine iscurrently a mentor in the Lockheed Martin Leadership Institute at MiamiUniversity in Oxford, OH.
Ms. Augustine holds a Bachelors of AppliedScience from Miami University where she majored in Engineering Management witha Specialty in Manufacturing Engineering. She also holds an M.B.A. from LoyolaUniversity Chicago in Operations Management and International Business.

In his 20-year career Pignataro has generated new revenue across various distribution channels in consumer electronics, wireless, and imaging industries. Most recently at Kodak, he was responsible for identifying new retail growth initiatives for their largest customer globally, with over 7,400 stores. At Nokia, as Director of Sales for North America, he expanded retail and online distribution for smartphones, tablets and mobile accessories. Pignataro has successfully built and led sales teams, and channel strategy, to deliver in excess of $100M in annual sales revenue for both companies.
Prior to joining LSI, Jackson was a Vice President at Avondale, a strategic advisory firm focused on building value-creating partnerships with growing companies. Prior to Avondale, Jackson was a consultant with Accenture's Strategy practice serving large retail and consumer goods clients.
Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Government and English from Georgetown University. He is a proud, native Texan, but currently resides in Washington, D.C..

Duane started with CTDI in September of 1989 as Director of Quality, resulting in a complete overhaul and upgrade of CTDI's Quality System. Under Duane's leadership, CTDI has achieved many awards from our client base in the areas of Quality and Cost Services. He embarked upon and achieved ISO 9001 registration from Bellcore. He has actively participated in several industry forums including QuEST, RQM's Standards, NESAC, TRAC-F and several MWBE committees.
As Vice President of Sales & Marketing for CTDI since 1997, Duane's responsibilities include total customer relationship management and overall business growth through the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, the expansion of existing relationships, and the development of new strategic relationships with industry leading carriers and OEMs. To this end, one of Duane's primary objectives has been to develop repair and logistics relationships to better serve our end-user customers. Over the past ten years, CTDI has transitioned several major forward and reverse logistics programs to support our global customer base, positioning CTDI as a global leader in the telecom industry for high volume, time-critical global repair and logistics services.
