Under her leadership the company was able to reduce the end user returns by 50% in units a saving of over $15 million in returns cost. She is also responsible for reverse supply chain management, which includes working with transportation and distribution counter parts to reduce logistics cost. Prior to joining LG she worked at Sony Electronics for 8 years in variety of Finance Planning and Supply Chain roles. Before that she worked for Time Warner and Simmons Cable in a Financial Controller roles.

She has been with U.S. Cellular® for 5 years.Prior to her work at U.S. Cellular®, Ms. Augustine spent almost 10 years in theconsulting world working for KPMG, BearingPoint and The Revere Group. Most recently, she is responsible for leading anddeveloping the team of associates that manage Reverse Logistics and theTest/Repair of devices for U.S. Cellular®. Ms. Augustine has also led a team of supply chain resources in launchinga national retailer for U.S. Cellular. Ms. Augustine has done supply chain workfor both the public and private sectors. She started her career with Intergraphworking to implement drawing control systems for P&G. Jodi manages the Returns Recovery Department for the non-food division of Colony Brands Inc. where she oversees processes that were originated and implemented by her to increase recovery from customer returns.  She has worked for Colony Brands in the returns department for nearly 15 years and has been a member of an internal Returns Task Force for the past 12 years.
 
She began as RTV Coordinator in 1999, a new position that was created as a way to obtain recovery from the vendors for defective and restockable products.

Within the first year, she had developed a process for RTVs that achieved over 20% recovery from vendors for customer returns.
 
Since that time, she has created a part replacement program to reduce customer returns and developed relationships with various liquidation outlets to reduce internal storage and handling as well as reducing landfill waste and the associated costs.  She has been instrumental in reducing the financial impact of returns for Colony Brands Inc.
