Ric Spicer is a seasoned veteran in the Logistics world. Experience in transportation, forward and reverse logistics, information systems and vendor compliance enables Ric to develop the holistic logistics vision necessary to provide cost savings and process improvement integrated within the business. Currently Ric is transforming the Online Reverse Logistics processes and tools for Sears and Kmart. Having previously managed Reverse Logistics, Recycling and Vendor Compliance for Circuit City and Academy Sports + Outdoors, Ric has perspective on product returns from the retail and vendor view. Ric has established RAMSEG Group, LLC to provide consulting services on logistics, compliance and transportation management.

Rubina Farooq joined LG in 2005 as a Director of Finance and Planning and moved into operations role in 2007 primarily to reduce returns losses and reduce Home Depot end user returns. Under her leadership the company was able to reduce the end user returns by 50% in units a saving of over $15 million in returns cost. She is also responsible for reverse supply chain management, which includes working with transportation and distribution counter parts to reduce logistics cost. Prior to joining LG she worked at Sony Electronics for 8 years in variety of Finance Planning and Supply Chain roles. Before that she worked for Time Warner and Simmons Cable in a Financial Controller roles.

Dennis is the Director of Reverse Logistics at T-Mobile US Inc.  He is responsible for directing the returns, repair, repurposing and recycling of all assets within T-Mobile.  Dennis has been in the wireless industry for 17 years.  In that time he has had various roles and responsibilities within logistics, supply chain management, operations, quality, sales and reverse logistics.  Dennis has worked for OEMs (Nokia, Samsung, Blackberry), carriers (Alltel, T-Mobile) as well as service providers. 

A proven Manager with over 20 years of experience inoperations ranging in size from 25 to over 600 people. Keen understanding ofISO and Mil-Std requirements as well as experience with “Annex V” regulations.Cost reduction and cost avoidance training that has resulted in significantimprovements at previous employers. Ms. Augustine is currentlythe Manager of Reverse Logistics for U.S. Cellular®.  Before moving to the Reverse Logistics Team,Amy was a manager on the Supply Chain Effectiveness Team in the Device SupplyChain Group for U.S. Cellular®. She has been with U.S. Cellular® for 5 years.Prior to her work at U.S. Cellular®, Ms. Augustine spent almost 10 years in theconsulting world working for KPMG, BearingPoint and The Revere Group. Her focushas been on process improvement, project management, software implementationsand business analysis. Most recently, she is responsible for leading anddeveloping the team of associates that manage Reverse Logistics and theTest/Repair of devices for U.S. Cellular®. Ms. Augustine has also led a team of supply chain resources in launchinga national retailer for U.S. Cellular. Ms. Augustine has done supply chain workfor both the public and private sectors. She started her career with Intergraphworking to implement drawing control systems for P&G. Ms. Augustine iscurrently a mentor in the Lockheed Martin Leadership Institute at MiamiUniversity in Oxford, OH.

Ms. Augustine holds a Bachelors of AppliedScience from Miami University where she majored in Engineering Management witha Specialty in Manufacturing Engineering. She also holds an M.B.A. from LoyolaUniversity Chicago in Operations Management and International Business.

Robert Pignataro joined FreeFlow in 2012 as Executive Vice President of Sales, responsible for business development and account acquisition worldwide, broadening the company’s portfolio of OEM-branded online auction platforms as well as FreeFlowAuctions.com, the company’s flagship platform for new and smaller sellers.
In his 20-year career Pignataro has generated new revenue across various distribution channels in consumer electronics, wireless, and imaging industries. Most recently at Kodak, he was responsible for identifying new retail growth initiatives for their largest customer globally, with over 7,400 stores. At Nokia, as Director of Sales for North America, he expanded retail and online distribution for smartphones, tablets and mobile accessories. Pignataro has successfully built and led sales teams, and channel strategy, to deliver in excess of $100M in annual sales revenue for both companies.

Jackson is a Director of New Business Development at LSI focused on the retail and consumer goods segments. As a Director of New Business Development, Jackson helps new retail and consumer goods clients to understand the value of their surplus inventory, simplify their reverse logistics process, and improve their overall recovery rate.

Prior to joining LSI, Jackson was a Vice President at Avondale, a strategic advisory firm focused on building value-creating partnerships with growing companies. Prior to Avondale, Jackson was a consultant with Accenture's Strategy practice serving large retail and consumer goods clients.

Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Government and English from Georgetown University. He is a proud, native Texan, but currently resides in Washington, D.C..

J Rollins brings over 30 years of experience to Optoro, with a reputation of building and managing high performance sales, marketing and customer service organizations.  In his career, J has held a variety of leaderships roles in leading companies  in supply chain management, logistics, workforce management, and education, including founding two companies and leading both to sell side transactions, and a member of the leadership team for InforMax (NASDAQ: INMX), a company with the most successful IPO in 2000.  J’s successful track record includes 12 years in supply chain and logistics with such industry giants as Manugistics, RedPrairie, and elogex, in various executive and operational roles.
A published author of the non-fiction work No Shoes. No Shirt. No Service.  A World Facing Poverty in the 21st Century, Mr. Rollinsalso serves on the education board of directors of SIIA (the Software and Information Industry Association), a leading force in policy development for classroom instructional technology, as well as the board of directors of Samaritan’s Feet International, a humanitarian aid and relief organization serving over 4,000,000 impoverished children in 42 countries.  A native of the capital area, J and his wife Candace live in Washington, DC.

Laurent Kitzinger is Business Development Manager for SoftThinks USA. After beginning his career as an engineer following his Master Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, he transitioned into Business Development after completing his MBA at INSEAD in 2012. His current responsibilities include leading the innovation of SoftThinks in terms of markets and products.  In addition he manages the group supporting SoftThinks customers in the retail and refurbishing industries.

Duane started with CTDI in September of 1989 as Director of Quality, resulting in a complete overhaul and upgrade of CTDI's Quality System. Under Duane's leadership, CTDI has achieved many awards from our client base in the areas of Quality and Cost Services. He embarked upon and achieved ISO 9001 registration from Bellcore. He has actively participated in several industry forums including QuEST, RQM's Standards, NESAC, TRAC-F and several MWBE committees.

As Vice President of Sales & Marketing for CTDI since 1997, Duane's responsibilities include total customer relationship management and overall business growth through the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, the expansion of existing relationships, and the development of new strategic relationships with industry leading carriers and OEMs. To this end, one of Duane's primary objectives has been to develop repair and logistics relationships to better serve our end-user customers. Over the past ten years, CTDI has transitioned several major forward and reverse logistics programs to support our global customer base, positioning CTDI as a global leader in the telecom industry for high volume, time-critical global repair and logistics services.
