The size scope and growth of the secondary market has forced top consumer brands and retailers - who have historically owned in-house returns refurbishment/management - to re-evaluate the components of a best-in-class returns solution. Winning solutions take cost structure, resale channels and recovery potential into consideration, along with the program's larger impact on brand perception and "A" good sales.
